You are warmly invited to join us for a community celebration of life and legacy for Victor E. Hardy—a devoted husband, loving father, inspiring pastor, and cherished friend. Not only was Pastor Hardy a pillar of our community, but was also a valued member, going back many years, of For Our City-Chandler. Pastor Hardy will always be remembered for his commitment, dedication, and service he gave bringing our community together.
