The Emergency Broadband Benefit is an FCC program to help families and households struggling to afford internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic.  

 The Emergency Broadband Benefit will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband service for eligible households.

The AZDH is excited to announce the implementation of the new Homeowner Assistance Fund Program. Financial assistance will be provided forhomeowners including for; mortgage payments, home insurance and utility payments and other expenses.

Maricopa County residents concerned about the heating or cooling of their home and that have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic may be eligible for assistance from the Human Services Department.  There is no income eligibility requirement. 

The no-cost Financial Navigation Program helps residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic with financial resources, understand how to work with creditors and maximize income. 

Residents receive one-on-one assistance over the phone and tailor a plan to specific needs. This includes applying for rental assistance, managing college loans and more. 

Open to all Arizona residents.
