Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program (I-HELP)

About Us

I-HELP provides over 6,700 emergency shelter nights to homeless adults and a case management program successfully supporting nearly 50% of clients to employment and over 30% to housing. I-HELP assists homeless in acquiring job placement, emergency shelter and a place to call home. The program also offers case management services to connect homeless individuals to resources needed to regain stability and break the cycle of homelessness. I-HELP provides a safe place to sleep and a hot meal for homeless adults every night of the week. The mobile shower unit, the “Chandler Clean Machine,” provides guests with ready access to a warm shower. 


 Hundreds of volunteers contribute more than 14,000 volunteer hours a year to the program.

Current Program Needs

 

Assistance is needed from faith organizations, non profits, or community groups looking to cover a night of shelter. If you can provide meals, drive individuals from check-in to the church site during the week, would like to volunteer for I-HELP, or have other resources please click below.
